Job summary

BYD Europe in Dubai is seeking a Senior Creative Designer & Content Producer to own end-to-end creative output across BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG in the Middle East.

You will personally create visuals, shoot content, edit videos, design presentations, and adapt assets for regional markets while maintaining brand standards.

This hands‑on role requires strong collaboration with regional teams and local partners, with travel to key events as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative production, visual communication or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and visual communication skills across both digital and offline formats.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong video editing capabilities, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional editing software.
• Practical ability to shoot photo and video content independently, with a good understanding of composition, lighting, framing and storytelling.
• Strong PowerPoint / presentation design skills, with the ability to transform complex business information into clear, visually compelling executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to work across multiple brands with different visual languages and positioning.
• Experience working in the Middle East and/or with importer/distributor/dealer organizations is preferred.
• Highly hands‑on, proactive and comfortable personally executing creative work from brief to final delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independently create high‑quality visual assets for regional marketing and communication needs including key visuals, event materials, digital and social content, invitations, posters, internal communications and other creative deliverables.
• Develop and adapt creative materials across BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG, understanding the distinct positioning and visual language of each brand and ensuring the right level of differentiation.
• Personally shoot photo and video content when required, particularly during vehicle launches, motor shows, media events, VIP activities and other key regional moments.
• Independently edit short‑form videos, event highlight videos, recap videos, internal summary videos and other fast‑turnaround content for regional communication needs.
• Work closely with the regional Events and Marketing teams to support major vehicle launches, motor shows and brand events with creative materials before, during and after the event.
• Create and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations, transforming business content, strategies, reports and proposals into visually compelling executive‑level presentations.
• Adapt global and HQ creative assets for Middle East markets while maintaining brand consistency and taking into account local cultural, language and market requirements.
• Work closely with local importer and dealer marketing teams to obtain local information, assets and execution requirements while ensuring that regional creative outputs remain aligned with BYD's internal briefs and brand standards.
• Respond efficiently to urgent regional creative requests and be comfortable producing high‑quality work under tight timelines, especially around product launches, executive visits and major events.
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly follow the respective brand guidelines of BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG, including typography, logo usage, visual identity, imagery and overall brand tone.
• Maintain organized regional creative assets, templates, source files, photography and video libraries to improve efficiency and consistency across future projects.
• Deliver high‑quality creative materials for BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG efficiently and consistently across Middle East regional projects.
• Provide strong in‑house hands‑on creative capability reducing dependency on external agencies for day‑to‑day and fast‑turnaround creative requirements.
• Produce high‑quality photo and video content from major vehicle launches, motor shows, events and executive activities.
• Deliver timely and engaging event recap and highlight videos following major regional activities.
• Improve the visual quality and professionalism of regional presentations, reports and executive‑level materials.
• Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all regional creative outputs.
• Establish an efficient working relationship with regional teams HQ and local importer dealer marketing teams.
