Client of AIQU is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager based in Dubai to lead end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud deployments. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

You will coordinate workshops, translate requirements into specs and maintain project plans, while upholding Agile Scrum practices and providing clear stakeholder updates across executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management experience with Salesforce.
• Minimum of 5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Dubai or Middle East regional experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager based in Dubai to lead the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives within scope, timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation projects in Dubai and the wider Middle East region.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets and status reports.
• Coordinate with developers, administrators, QA and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests through appropriate escalation and mitigation processes.
• Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication across executive sponsors, business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
• Background in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare or government
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, workflows, Process Builder, and integration patterns. Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East region.
