Algo Marketing seeks an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead ME activity from Dubai. You will own third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, ABM activations and country launches, coordinating with Sales and Growth teams to drive pipeline and brand presence.

Based in Dubai, you will manage budgets, vendors and cross‑functional partnerships, traveling across the region to deliver high-impact regional programs and events in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Based in Dubai, UAE (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of B2B field marketing, events or integrated marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience planning and delivering physical events from concept through execution.
• Experience supporting ABM, demand generation or strategic account marketing programs.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Growth and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong regional knowledge of Middle Eastern markets.
• Experience managing agencies, venues, vendors and event budgets.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with strong project management.

Responsabilités

• Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
• Deliver events end-to-end including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for individual markets while maintaining brand and execution standards.
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners, roundtables and targeted on-site experiences.
• Support country launches end-to-end alongside the Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating launch events, local activations, partners, venues and marketing activity.
• Manage local agencies, venues, suppliers and event partners ensuring high-quality delivery within defined country marketing budgets.
• Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and event ROI, consolidating learnings for future activity.
• Build knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and identify locally relevant opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Travel across the region as required to support events, launches and strategic account activations.
