Job summary

Trade W in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role focuses on Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities, with fluency in English and at least one of Chinese, Arabic, or Ukrainian. You will partner with regional teams to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• HR certifications (CIPD/SHRM/CHRP) advantageous.
• 3–5 years HR experience, recruitment + generalist preferred.
• Experience in multinational/fintech/financial services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and contracts.
• Support HRIS administration and HR reporting.
