Job summary

Jifmar Group, a global maritime operator headquartered in Dubai, seeks an Operations Project Coordinator to drive successful offshore and maritime project delivery. You will link clients, vessels, crews, and technical teams, ensuring operations are prepared, coordinated and executed efficiently.

You will manage day-to-day project planning through completion, ensuring information flow, anticipating requirements, and delivering on time and within budget in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, project coordination or operational support roles.
• Knowledge of maritime operations and project execution is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational preparation and execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project schedules and client expectations.
• Monitor project costs, track budget performance and support commercial and operational teams in maintaining project profitability.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Coordinate vessel, crew, equipment and subcontractor mobilizations to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow up on project documentation, reporting and operational data, ensuring information is maintained accurately within company systems.
• Support crews and project teams in resolving day-to-day operational challenges and escalating issues when required.
• Work closely with Crewing, Technical, QHSSE, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in monitoring invoicing and administrative follow-up related to projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, tools and project management practices.
• Participate in client meetings, project reviews and operational debriefs to help identify lessons learned and future opportunities.
