Job summary

wowJobs Middle East is seeking a Manager - Design for Ladieswear Western Wear (Woven) based in Dubai. You will lead the design and development of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with trends and the brand's commercial goals.

The role requires 8–12+ years in fashion design, with proven expertise in Ladieswear Woven. You will collaborate across Buying, Merchandising and Product Development to deliver commercially viable products on schedule.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of design experience in fashion retail.
• Strong expertise in Ladieswear Western Wear (Woven) mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of womenswear woven garments, silhouettes, fabrics and prints.
• Experience with large-scale/value fashion retailers preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple seasonal collections and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and interpretation of international womenswear trends.
• Lead seasonal range building and design direction for Ladieswear Woven.
• Develop commercially relevant styles, fabrics, prints and color stories.
• Manage complete creative and technical development of products.
• Create technical sketches, CADs, graphics and prints in Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Product Development teams.
• Present seasonal concepts, trend directions and collections.
• Ensure timely execution of collections per the seasonal critical path.
