Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Fashion Designer - Apparel and Product Design to create commercially relevant fashion concepts, develop product ranges, and collaborate with buying and planning teams from idea to development.

Responsibilities

Create and visualize fashion concepts and develop designs using computer-aided design tools.
Produce design work using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Monitor emerging fashion trends and developments in fabrics, colours, shapes, and styling.
Plan and develop product ranges in line with design briefs and commercial requirements.
Work with buyers and forecasters to develop products that meet briefs.
Coordinate closely with buying and planning teams throughout the development process.
Ensure concepts are appropriate for target customers, market requirements and price points.
Apply a sound technical understanding of design during product development.
Manage multiple design-related tasks with proactive prioritization.
