Job summary

PayTech Group is seeking a Junior Product Migration Support professional in Dubai. In this role, you will manage day-to-day CMS migration activities and support the operational setup for regional expansion projects across Oman, KSA, and Egypt.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of commercial card products, and excellent coordination skills. This position is pivotal for the successful delivery of innovative commercial card solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in payments product support, operations, or migration related work.
• Must manage multiple workstreams across migration, product support, and BAU activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CMS migration activities including tracking actions and coordinating dependencies.
• Independently drive assigned migration tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Support product and operational setup for expansion across Oman, KSA, and Egypt.

Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances

Ability to drive migration tasks
