Job summary

PxGeo, a subsea solutions company, seeks a Finance Manager - Tax to lead international tax advisory and compliance from its Dubai office. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will drive tax strategy for bids, projects, and cross-border operations while overseeing tax governance, filings, and risk management across a multinational fleet and entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
• Professional tax or accounting qualifications (ADIT, CTA, ACA/CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• 8+ years of tax experience in multinational groups or a major firm.
• Hands-on international tax across jurisdictions: PE, treaty relief, withholding taxes, TP.
• VAT/indirect tax knowledge for cross-border services.
• IFRS tax accounting (IAS 12) and tax audits experience; ONESOURCE is a plus.
• Experience contributing to international bids and contract tax clauses.
• Offshore, marine or energy services experience preferred.
• Advanced English skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide international tax advisory from bid stage through project delivery.
• Lead cross-border tax compliance, treaty relief, and withholding tax programs.
• Oversee transfer pricing policies and intercompany recharges.
• Manage tax accounting, governance and controls across the Group.
• Lead tax audits and liaise with authorities and advisers.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Legal and Finance teams.
