Clarisima Lab FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Specialist to shape brand presence across skincare and aesthetic products. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration on brand strategy, product marketing, and launches while supporting distributors and commercial initiatives.

This on-site role combines creative thinking with business-minded planning, requiring strong market insight and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across digital and offline channels, events, and education programs

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic medicine is beneficial.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in marketing strategy development and campaign planning.
• Background in sales support and customer service, with client relationship skills.
• English fluency; additional MENA languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research.
• Analyze customer and competitor insights.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Support sales initiatives with targeted materials and promotions.
