Job summary

AM PM is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on coordinating operational activities within the Finance Department, streamlining accounting and reporting, and enhancing cross-departmental processes.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in a similar role, strong project management skills, and experience with international companies and banking accounts; fluency in English and Russian is required. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in project management skills.
• Previous experience with international companies and banking accounts.
• Proficient in English and Russian languages

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities within the Finance Department.
• Streamline accounting and reporting methodologies.
• Enhance business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments.
• Draft regulatory frameworks for crucial processes.
• Ensure seamless functioning of the control mechanisms.
• Compile consolidated financial statements (PL, CF, BS).
• Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets (PL, CF, BS).
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of ROI, ROE, and EVA.
• Craft presentation materials.
• Contribute to automation initiatives.
• Participate in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting.
