JobLeader in Dubai is seeking an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine to oversee culinary operations, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver an authentic dining experience to guests.

You will lead a kitchen team, develop menus combining tradition with modern technique, manage costs and inventory, ensure food safety, and collaborate with management. Visa sponsorship is provided; salary is 1400 USD per month, negotiable.

Formación

• Experience managing a kitchen team and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a menu that showcases traditional Pakistani dishes while incorporating modern techniques and flavors.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to food safety regulations.
• Work closely with vendors to source fresh ingredients at a competitive price.
• Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and menu pricing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients in Pakistani cuisine.
