Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and customer management systems.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Process customer requests, orders, bookings, or service inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance and other teams to resolve concerns.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
