Nathan & Nathan seeks an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across a growing UAE property development portfolio. You will translate strategy into operational plans, build high‑performing teams, and oversee projects from feasibility to handover in Dubai and Gulf markets.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in property development, 10+ years in UAE/GCC, and a proven track record with an established developer, plus strong governance and cash‑flow management experience.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in property development or related sectors.
• 10+ years in the UAE/GCC with significant UAE exposure.
• Senior leadership experience with an established property developer.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, approvals, procurement and contractor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive the growth strategy.
• Oversee full development lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Ensure projects meet budgets, timelines, quality and commercial objectives.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks and project controls.
• Manage development teams, consultants and contractors with clear accountability.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and compliance with UAE requirements.
• Collaborate with finance on budgets, cash flow and cost control.
• Coordinate development with sales, marketing and customer handover.
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial and project risks.
• Recruit and develop teams and establish scalable processes.
