Job summary

Cactus Hospitality & ART in Dubai is seeking a Gallery Operations & Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day gallery activities and exhibitions, while driving brand storytelling across social media and the website. You’ll coordinate events, content calendars, and collaborations with artists and partners to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, a marketing or communications background, and hands-on skills with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, Design, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to independently create, schedule, publish, and update digital content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in art galleries, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day gallery operations and scheduling exhibitions.
• Manage artwork displays and visitor flow to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across social media and website content.
• Support events, collaborations, and partnerships with artists and vendors.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Assist sales activities including client inquiries and gallery tours.
• Collaborate with hospitality and gallery teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences.
