Job summary

BPO Co in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing administration and produce digital and light offline designs. This onsite role requires coordinating activities, supporting events, and managing multiple clients and brands.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, and strong branding sense. English communication and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or marketing administration with hands-on graphic-design responsibilities.
• Experience in a creative or marketing agency supporting multiple clients or brands.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Canva is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital creatives and light offline/print work.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design consistency.
• Experience supporting events or commercial marketing activities is preferred.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing activities, campaigns, and projects.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, reports, presentations, databases, and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, printers, and other stakeholders.
• Support events, exhibitions, product launches, and commercial activities, including vendor coordination, logistics, promotional materials, and follow-ups.
• Create digital marketing materials, including social-media creatives, website banners, digital advertisements, emailers, and presentations.
• Design light offline materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, point-of-sale materials, event collateral, and sales-support materials.
• Adapt and resize existing designs for different digital and print formats.
• Ensure all creative work follows the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Organise and maintain marketing assets, artwork files, templates, and image libraries.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
