Job summary

ThreatLocker Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive retention and growth among its enterprise clientele in Dubai. The role is in-office in Dubai, requiring Arabic fluency and relationship-building with clients and partner agencies.

You will collaborate with the Account Executive, manage budgets, and lead communications for licensing and deployments. Travel within the GCC and ongoing product updates training are expected.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage resources to support client marketing objectives within budget and timeline.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in sales and learning new technology; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive and internal teams to align with objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain direct client relationships through regular meetings.
• Prepare client communications detailing purpose, rationale, needs, and due dates.
• Support in pre-sales and deployment of licenses; coordinate with Solution Engineers.
• Lead pricing, invoicing, and budgeting processes; assist with contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales on client/partner issues and questions.
• Track client metrics to identify success, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Travel across GCC markets to meet customers and discuss product expansion.
• Advise clients on product updates and features; provide appropriate training.
• Act as ThreatLocker ambassador and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
