Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in highway design or engineering; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with CAD software and related engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out highway engineering assignments using fundamental engineering techniques for road and highway design and analysis.
• Apply engineering theories and established practices while developing practical capability under close supervision.
• Gain familiarity with Parsons engineering procedures, workflows, and project delivery practices.
• Support assignments involving computer-aided engineering and CAD applications.
• Participate in a structured rotational programme when assigned, which may provide exposure to Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and different engineering disciplines.
• Build an understanding of the interfaces between highway design and other engineering and project delivery functions.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations when required by an assignment.
