Job summary

Qureos invites applications for an Accounts Executive to join our Dubai finance team. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, process invoices, and help maintain accurate financial records.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency with Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks, and excellent Excel skills. You will support budgeting, reporting, and compliance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Accounts Executive or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, process and record invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain organized financial files and records.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
