Job summary

Kazamer Tax Consultant in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support its financial operations. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain records, handle invoices and reconciliations, and assist with VAT and tax documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, UAE accounting experience preferred, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.

Qualifications

• UAE accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and accounting records.
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and review general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate payment follow-ups.
• Verify expenses and ensure transactions are properly documented and authorized.
• Assist with VAT returns, tax documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Support the preparation of financial information required for audits.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting and financial queries.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them promptly.
• Ensure accounting transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
