Qualifications

• Experience in document control or banking operations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all borrowing documents are physically lodged in the vault under Dual Custody with designated custodians.
• Represent the Bank with regulators for collateral creation and related processes.
• Manage and initiate collateral creation and release for borrowing exposures.
• Ensure proper digital and physical filing of documents in customer folders and systems.
• Produce timely management information reports and ensure data integrity in the Corporate Documentation Unit.
