Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Finance Business Partner for Local Domestic Sales Unit projects. You will drive financial and commercial matters, ensuring accurate cash-flow, tax handling, and performance across the UAE project portfolio.

Key duties include leading tender financial reviews, developing execution plans, and maintaining project governance with monthly reviews. Strong SAP experience and English proficiency are required for collaboration within cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or equivalent with solid finance background.
Experience in Finance with exposure to Project Business.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and cross-cultural teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with risk identification and mitigation.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Tender stage reviews with Tender Manager on financial, commercial and tax aspects.
Prepare a Project Financial Execution Plan covering revenue recognition, billing, tax and related topics.
Monitor project governance, qualifications and monthly reviews with Project Manager.
Deliver monthly closings, forecasts, budgets and full financial packages on time.
Support operational decision-making with KPIs and reporting accuracy.
Ensure internal control compliance and adherence to governance.
