Job summary

Hitachi Energy L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Project Controlling Analyst for Grid Automation to ensure accuracy of project financial results and support governance from order entry to commissioning.

You will handle project invoicing, financial reporting, cash flow, currency risk, and balance sheet integrity, while aligning with corporate directives and internal controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent with solid finance background.
• Experience in Finance with exposure to Project business.
• Experience of SAP or another ERP platform knowledge and project executed under various revenue recognition methods.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• You will provide input to the Project Execution Plan on financial aspects.
• You will be preparing project invoices, financial accounting and reporting; driving cash flow and overseeing currency risk and tax issues.
• You will ensure the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement and support monthly/quarterly forecasting.
• You will support Project Managers in adherence to governance, internal control, and country directives.
• You will download financial information from reporting tools, consolidate and analyze results using Excel with large data sets.
• You will assist with monthly closing and reporting across all OUs of PGGA and various ad hoc analyses to manage costs, cash and profit.
