Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a Hub FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis, deliver accurate forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, lead internal controls, and standardize FP&A processes across the hub in the UAE. Fluency in English and strong IFRS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management with strategic planning, forecasting and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and global regulatory standards.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis and risk management with the ability to translate data into management reports.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines for all financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hub financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with regular follow-ups with local units.
• Develop on-demand analytics for various costs (functional costs, personnel expenses, etc.).
• Build financial models and what-if scenarios to assess overall impact on the hub.
• Define financial metrics to meet hub strategic targets and provide meaningful insights.
• Improve FP&A processes and implement internal controls across the hub.
• Deliver timely month-end analytics and variance commentary for KPIs with factories and sales units.
