Job overview

Key responsibilities

Install and configure machines at client location. (Training will be provided)

Perform routine monthly services and regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure its proper functionality.

Diagnose and repair any technical issues. Provide troubleshooting support either remotely or on-site to address client concerns.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and service visits.

Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and repairs for future reference and reporting purposes.

Job requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support for equipment or machines. Experience with scent diffusion systems or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.

Ability to drive and transport equipment to customer sites efficiently.

Physical requirements
