Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking motivated Real Estate Brokers to join a growing team. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close property transactions across off-plan and secondary market listings.

Ideal candidates have prior real estate sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to hit ambitious sales targets. A UAE driving license is advantageous, and commission-based earnings offer high earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in real estate sales or brokerage preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Fluent English; UAE driving license an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate offers, prices and terms.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and new developments.
• Follow up with prospective clients to sustain a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to provide accurate information.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
