Job summary

Eram Talent seeks an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to supervise land drilling and workover rigs on deep wells, typically 18,000 to 23,000 feet, ensuring safe, efficient operations in line with company and Saudi Aramco standards.

You will coordinate with Drilling and Workover Engineers, manage contractor crews, monitor equipment readiness, and maintain compliance with safety and contractual requirements. Rotational 28 on/28 off, 12 hours per day in remote camps is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of relevant drilling and workover operations experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 7 years on-point experience.
• Proven hands-on leadership supervising drilling rig crews, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of well control operations and Blowout Prevention (BOP) standards, including testing and crew response.
• Extensive familiarity with Saudi Aramco safety standards, HSE requirements, and drilling/workover procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily drilling and workover rig operations.
• Ensure all rig personnel, contractors, and service providers comply with safety standards and requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure availability when needed.
• Review contractor daily tour reports and ensure rig and equipment are well maintained.
• Serve as liaison between the company and drilling/workover contractor.
