Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical/Maritime/Automation (preferred).
• 5+ years in marine construction or dredging (advantage).
• Experience with big-data handling and machine learning (preferred).
• Knowledge of dredging technologies and trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain digital tools for production estimation and dashboards.
• Integrate real-time dredger data and production logs into central systems.
• Automate calculations, data processing, and reporting workflows.
• Develop digital twin models to simulate and optimize dredging operations.
• Collaborate with estimation and operations to align development with needs.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure HSE compliance.
