Job summary

PHOENICIAN is seeking a Draftsman / QS Assistant in the UAE. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, drafting or a related field and demonstrate strong AutoCAD skills and understanding of construction/landscape drawings.

Responsibilities include reading, interpreting technical drawings, creating quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation, with solid Excel and measurement sheet knowledge to support project estimation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or a similar field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drawing layer management.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Basic to good knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of Excel and measurement sheets.
