Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented QS-Draftsman Assistant to join our team. This full-time role focuses on drafting, quantity take-offs, and coordination with QS, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or drafting degree with strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of landscape and construction drawings. Immediate joining is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing layer management.
• Understanding of construction/landscape drawings and measurements.
• Basic to good knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of Excel and measurement sheets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in a landscaping or construction company is preferred.

• Assist the Quantity Surveying team with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.

• Compare drawings with BOQ quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and quantity measurement sheets.
• Update drawings based on site changes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with QS, Engineering, Site, and Project Management teams.
• Support the preparation of variations, interim measurements, and material quantity calculations.
