Job summary

ZMI Holdings is seeking a DP2 Technical Superintendent to supervise and run designated barges, ensuring maintenance maximises fleet availability. You will support budgeting, schedule maintenance, and oversee major surveys while ensuring AMOS is used across capabilities.

Provide expert technical guidance to the Master and Chief Engineer, and assist with vessel mobilisations. Minimum requirements include a DP license, Chief Engineer CoC, and a degree in Nautical studies or Marine Engineering, with

Qualifications

Chief Engineer (Unlimited) CoC is required.
DP License is mandatory.
Degree in Nautical studies or Marine Engineering is required.
At least 3 years in a technical/engineering role or 3 years as Chief Engineer on DP2 Offshore vessels.
GCC experience is a plus; ADNOC Port Engineer approval is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and run designated units' technical characteristics to maximise fleet availability.
Assist Fleet Manager with annual and 5-year maintenance budgets.
Plan and oversee planned maintenance, surveys, and major shipyard periods.
Ensure AMOS system adoption across barges and provide technical support to crews.
Escalate maintenance issues and support vessel mobilisations and inspections.
