Responsibilities

• Guest Entry Management: supervise entry/exit, verify IDs, manage tickets, enforce dress codes and policies.
• Team Supervision: oversee door staff, train newcomers, assign tasks, ensure adequate staffing.
• Security and Safety: maintain visible presence, address confrontations, coordinate with security for crowd control.
• Customer Service: greet guests, address inquiries/complaints, ensure VIPs receive high service levels.
• Compliance and Reporting: ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and fire safety laws; document incidents.
