Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Endpoint & DLP Engineer – L3 to engineer, administer, optimize, and support enterprise endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and DLP capabilities in the UAE.

Responsibilities include configuring and tuning protection policies, implementing DLP rules, and integrating with SIEM/SOAR/IAM. Strong hands-on experience and five-plus years in cybersecurity are required for this senior role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with endpoint security and/or DLP engineering.
• Experience with EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trellix, Cortex XDR).
• Experience with DLP platforms (Microsoft Purview DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Broadcom/Symantec, Trellix).
• Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, malware prevention, threat detection, and endpoint hardening.
• Hands-on experience configuring DLP policies, detection rules, and data classifications.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, administer and optimize Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and DLP.
• Manage endpoint security policies across workstations, servers, and endpoints.
• Configure and tune malware prevention, behavioral detection, and endpoint control policies.
• Develop and tune DLP policies for endpoints, email, web, and cloud data channels.
• Integrate endpoint/DLP with SIEM, SOAR, IAM, cloud security, and other tools.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for endpoint agents, policies, and DLP issues.
