Job summary

Calo Inc in the UAE is seeking a Kitchen/Dispatch Attendant to portion meals using our technology, ensuring meals are prepared, packaged and dispatched on time with strict hygiene and quality standards.

As part of the team, you will coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team, maintain kitchen hygiene, and adapt to last-minute changes while upholding high standards of service.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in food dispatching, strong English communication, and a UAE location.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably fast food.
• Holds very high hygiene standards in a kitchen facility.
• Proficient communicator in English.

Role Overview

To portion meals for our customers using our technology - ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out
• Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience
• Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have at least 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food
• Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility
• Must be a proficient communicator in English
• Has good communication skills
• Knowledge in food safety is a plus
• Currently located in UAE
