Job Description

Support the development and execution of regional business strategy and long-term growth initiatives. Lead and coordinate strategic programmes across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Evaluate opportunities relating to products, propositions, partnerships and market development. Drive the execution of complex business transformation initiatives, ensuring objectives are delivered through influence, stakeholder management and leadership. Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and executive-level insights to support decision making. Partner with senior leaders across multiple functions to improve collaboration, accountability and execution of strategic priorities. Act as a trusted advisor on growth opportunities, business performance and organisational development. Establish governance, tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure strategic initiatives translate into measurable outcomes. Engage with international stakeholders across a highly matrixed environment to align priorities and accelerate delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience within the health insurance sector, with exposure to health benefits, private medical insurance (PMI), international private medical insurance (IPMI) or related environments. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering business strategy within a complex organisation. Track record of leading significant business initiatives with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes. Experience operating across multiple functions, managing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in matrix environments. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate opportunities, priorities and strategic investments. Exposure to business transformation, operating model change, proposition development or strategic growth initiatives. Previous consulting experience may be beneficial, provided it is complemented by meaningful leadership and industry experience. Excellent communication, influencing and executive stakeholder management skills.
