Job summary

Kroll's Real Estate Advisory Group seeks a Director to lead valuation advisory across commercial and residential property for secured lending, aligning with RICS Red Book. You will train junior surveyors, oversee timelines, and cultivate client relationships while delivering high-quality reports.

The role requires MRICS qualification and a proven ability to manage demanding schedules in an entrepreneurial environment, with strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Proven track record in nurturing and growing client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; report writing and proofreading capabilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue valuation advice across commercial and residential property for secured lending in line with RICS Red Book requirements.
• Undertake a peer review of reports prepared by surveyors prior to issue to the client.
• Manage and train junior surveyors in valuation and property advice.
• Cultivate new client relationships and oversee a team of surveyors to meet timelines and deadlines.
• Assist in LPA receivership and restructuring cases blending valuation, asset management and transaction management skills.
• Undertake advisory assignments focusing on Options Analysis and value recovery in workout and insolvency scenarios.
