Job summary

HR Source Consulting is seeking a Design Director for a leading branding agency. The role involves guiding design teams, shaping concepts, and delivering award-winning branding solutions for clients.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will uphold company values, recruit and mentor designers, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with production teams across branding, environments, and media.

• Support the coordination of projects and facilitate communications with the various project and production teams
• Help recruit new designers and act as a leader in setting and nurturing the company’s culture
• Monitor and manage budgets and schedules for projects at all phases of development
