Job summary

TalentsTide seeks a Director of Operations to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, optimize processes and strengthen corporate culture in Dubai. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the annual OPEX budget and translate strategy into measurable actions with clear accountability.

You will oversee governance, KPI tracking, employee engagement and leadership programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and value creation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or related field.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior operations.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, budget management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with milestones, dependencies and deliverables aligned to priorities.
• Develop, implement and monitor balanced scorecard with KPIs and targets for senior leadership insights.
• Coordinate across functions to drive execution of strategic priorities and provide progress visibility.
• Develop and embed the annual corporate culture strategy aligned with values and employee experience.
• Lead flagship employee engagement and leadership initiatives, including forums and sessions.
• Partner with Department Heads to identify execution challenges and resolve issues with minimal escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, coordination and communication.
• Lead annual OPEX budgeting process and ensure disciplined financial management.
• Utilize engagement data and performance insights to refine initiatives and improve effectiveness.
• Support senior leadership in translating priorities into actionable accountability and outcomes.

Job Purpose

The job holder will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, and a cohesive corporate culture across the organization. The role leads the execution of key internal initiatives, manages cross-functional coordination for strategic milestones, and oversees employee engagement programs to strengthen organizational performance in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and tracking of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones,dependencies and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.
• Drive the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the organization's BalancedScorecard, translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and targets, and providing seniorleadership with clear insights on performance, gaps, risks and required actions.
• Act as a central coordination point across functions to drive execution of strategic priorities andprovide senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Develop and embed the annual corporate culture strategy, ensuring initiatives are aligned with thebusiness objectives, values and desired employee experience.
• Lead flagship employee engagement and leadership initiatives, including leadership forums,engagement sessions, team building and company-wide programs.
• Partner with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify execution challenges, proactivelyresolve issues and minimize escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, internal coordination andcommunication.
• Lead the annual OPEX budgeting process for the function and ensure disciplined financialmanagement, tracking and optimization.
• Use employee engagement data, feedback and performance insights to continuously refineinitiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support senior leadership in translating strategic priorities into clear actions, accountability andmeasurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations or strategic execution role.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
