Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a senior operations and strategy leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, track performance, and ensure alignment with objectives across functions.

The role emphasizes developing Balanced Scorecards, governance, budget planning, and engagement programs, with a strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for seniority.
• 10–12+ years in strategic/operational roles, with leadership experience.
• Proven success in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Strong performance management, KPIs, governance and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and tracking of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Act as central coordination point across functions to drive execution and visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.
• Develop and implement corporate culture and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead leadership forums, engagement programs, team-building, and company-wide events.
• Support senior leadership through performance reporting, governance reviews, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage departmental OPEX budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Use performance data and engagement insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Promote accountability and alignment across teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels

About you:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience within the real estate sector or other large, complex organizations is highly desirable.
• 10-12+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, transformation, or organisational performance, including leadership experience.
• Proven success driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and translating business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience in performance management, KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, governance, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Experience developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness programs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget planning, cost management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a strong executive presence.
