Job summary

iMentor is seeking a program leader to own and scale a virtual mentoring pilot. You will drive the pilot from concept to implementation, coordinating partnerships and mentor experiences while ensuring inclusive, data‑driven program design and measurable impact.

You will craft processes, track outcomes, and communicate progress to internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with city partners and external sponsors to shape learning goals, recruit mentors, and define growth strategies for

• Experience in building and launching pilot programs from scratch.
• Proven ability to recruit and engage partners.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions.
• Ability to work at the intersection of innovation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the virtual mentoring pilot program, serving as the internal owner of the initiative.
• Coordinate external partnerships, corporate partner activation, and mentor experience.
• Oversee program learning and future growth strategy.
• Partner with flagship cities (New York, Chicago, and Baltimore) flagships.
• Deliver a data-innovation-informed recommendation for future scale.
