Job summary

Indigo Research in Dubai seeks an Operations Lead to oversee mentor programs and ensure KPI tracking, while guiding junior coordinators.

You will manage student journeys across Explorer, Researcher, and Innovator tracks, resolve escalations, and optimize workflows with CRM, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in education, mentoring, or youth development.
• At least 2 years of experience directly overseeing teams.
• Familiarity with academic writing, citation standards, and journal publication.
• Knowledge of international education systems and US/UK college admissions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong de-escalation skills.
