Job summary

ProDome Management Consulting L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished Director of Strategy, Transformation, Performance & Governance to lead the government's strategy agenda in the real estate sector.

You will shape strategy, cascade initiatives, govern the portfolio, track performance and drive operational excellence across programs, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise strategy, transformation, governance or management consulting.
• Experience translating strategy into initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead portfolio governance, performance management and change initiatives.
• GCC or government/semigovernment exposure is a plus; real estate sector preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy formulation, refresh and cascading into objectives and initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities and urgent requests.
• Oversee strategic studies, benchmarking and regulatory assessments.
• Translate strategy into a portfolio of initiatives and roadmaps with governance and benefits tracking.
• Steer cross-sector initiatives, manage dependencies, risks and escalations.
• Support operating-model and organizational change aligned with priorities.
• Direct strategy KPI reporting and governance reviews across programs.
• Set process governance and drive actionable corrective steps.
• Lead and develop the department, aligning with internal and government stakeholders.
