Delivery Hero's talabat ecosystem is seeking a Director of Strategy & Performance for Grocery & Retail to drive hyper-growth in talabat mart and the Marketplace. Translate group goals into localized strategies, lead annual budgeting and OKRs, and oversee cross-market expansions.

You will own business reviews, perform profitability analyses, and build automated dashboards with Tableau/Looker. Collaborate with regional GMs and the CRO to scale best practices across MENA while mentoring Strategy

Qualifications

• 6 years of professional strategy experience; top-tier consulting preferred.
• Strong data visualization (Tableau) and financial modeling.
• Regional understanding of the MENA consumer landscape.
• Proven leadership of managers and influence with Country GMs.
• Exceptional storytelling for a C-level audience.
• Comfort with the Move Fast talabat culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Performance for Grocery & Retail vertical.
• Own business reviews and profitability analysis; drive profitability.
• Develop dashboards and governance playbooks with BI teams.
• Advise Regional GMs and CRO with executive-ready narratives.
• Scale best practices across multiple MENA markets.
• Mentor Strategy Managers and Analysts to foster ownership and pace.
