Job summary

Hypsta Business Solution Pvt Ltd seeks a senior strategic leader to expand its renewable energy portfolio. You will drive project development across solar, wind, and hydro, identify investment opportunities, and forge partnerships with investors, suppliers, and government agencies.

You will oversee budgeting, risk management, and performance for multiple projects, ensuring profitability and sustainability. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• A master's degree in energy management, engineering, sustainability, or business administration is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, energy markets, project development, and sustainable business practices.
• Knowledge of project feasibility analysis, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and commercial planning.
• Familiarity with energy regulations, environmental compliance, permitting procedures, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to guide multidisciplinary teams toward business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
