Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. The role requires coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, communicate progress to clients and senior leadership, and drive risk mitigation and performance improvements across projects in the ME region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Experience delivering large-scale renewable energy projects in the ME region is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will manage project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, project scope, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resources efficiently to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate them.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large or complex projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Prior experience of delivering large scale renewable energy projects in the ME region will be an added advantage
