Our client, a market-leading urban design consultancy, seeks a Project Director to lead high-profile landscape public realm and infrastructure projects across the region, with a focus on megaproject delivery in Saudi Arabia. The role demands translating design ambition into operational reality and shaping the future of cities.

As Project Director, you will oversee strategic leadership and full-cycle delivery from concept to completion, coordinating internal resources, consultants and contractors

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering mega urban design and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams across design, delivery and compliance.
• Experience with regulatory approvals in GCC markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all stages of large-scale urban design and infrastructure projects.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Represent the client in technical and commercial meetings.
• Oversee tenders, contract compliance and value engineering processes.
• Ensure alignment of design intent with client goals and approvals.
• Report project performance to senior leadership and support strategic decisions.
• Deliver projects within timeline, budget and quality benchmarks.

About the Role:

As Project Director you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and fullcycle delivery of urban design and infrastructure projects ranging from streetscapes and public parks to mixeduse public realm and civic infrastructure.
