Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a senior policy lead in Dubai to drive development and review of policies, regulations, and legislation in line with government directions. You will conduct analytical studies, benchmarking, and impact assessments to support decision-making and measure program outcomes.

The role requires UAE nationality, 10+ years in policy-related work, and 3–5 years in a managerial position, with an age range of 35–45.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in policy development, studies or statistics.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role or as Head of Section.
• Age 35–45 and UAE national status.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and review of policies, legislation and regulations in line with government directions.
• Conduct analytical studies, research and impact assessments to support decision-making.
• Perform benchmarking against local, regional and international best practices.
• Analyze data and performance indicators to measure the impact of government policies and programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to ensure policy alignment.
• Monitor policy implementation and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
