Job summary

MSD Gulf seeks a Director, Legal & Compliance for the GLE cluster. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage compliance programs, and oversee external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with BPOs and regional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective risk management. You will lead on privacy, anti‑corruption, competition, and trade practices, advise on commercial matters, and drive initiatives that protect the company’s legal interests

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in law.
• A good standing with bar or admitted jurisdiction in the GLE cluster is preferred.
• 10+ years of post‑admission experience.
