A facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Management Director responsible for leading integrated facilities management services in a large-scale, operational environment. The role involves oversight of both hard and soft services, asset and contract management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years in facilities management and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence are key competencies required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience within large, complex, and high-demand environments.
• Experience managing large-scale FM operations and contractor service delivery.
• Experience in complex, regulated, and operationally critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management teams and contracted service providers.
• Develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
• Oversee technical maintenance including MEP, HVAC, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Manage soft FM services including cleaning and operational support services.
• Lead asset management initiatives aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
