Job summary

DP World is seeking a senior leader to expand Market Access across regions, engaging government bodies and strategic partners to unlock growth opportunities. You will shape commercial models, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organic growth while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, UAE and KSA market experience, and a track record in delivering P&L outcomes for large organisations. You will mentor teams and uphold DP World’s safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in UAE and KSA markets.
• Proven P&L and commercial leadership experience.
• Emerging market expansion experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of market access and expand market reach in line with regional priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and potential partners.
• Identify and pursue BD opportunities such as partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions.
• Co-create solutions with producers/brand owners to enhance market reach.
• Develop and refine commercial models with cross-functional teams.
